Research on Contract Management of New Campus Construction Project

Abstract

Abstract: Sincetheenrollmentexpansionin1999,manycollegesanduniversitieshavedevelopedtheirnewcampusinordertoseektheirowndevelopmentandmeettheneedsofteachersandstudents.Constructionprojectcontractmanagementisthecoreoftheprojectconstructionmanagementofthenewcampus,buttheremustbemanyproblemsintheprocessofcontractmanagementintheconstructionofthenewcampusduetobelackofexperienceoftheUniversitylargescaleinfrastructure.Strengtheningthecontractmanagementofthenewcampusconstructionisofgreatsignificancetokeepawaytheriskofprojectconstruction,toensurethesmoothprogressoftheproject,andtoovercometheillegalcrimeintheprojectconstruction.Accordingtothepracticalexperience,thispaperlistssomeprominentproblemsexistingintheconstructionofthenewcampusconstructioncontractmanagement,andputsforwardsomesuggestionsonhowtostandardizethecontractmanagementofthenewcampusconstruction.
